Tennis
Before the trip begins, we gather information about everyone's playing level. Some may be complete beginners, some have a little experience, and others are already confident players.

Players are divided into groups based on ability. Most likely there will be three groups, each working with its own coach.

Sessions are designed to develop both fundamentals and technique. Each session lasts 2.5 hours: 30 minutes of warm-up and court preparation, followed by 2 hours of on-court training.

The final tournament also takes skill levels into account. Participants will be paired or grouped accordingly so that everyone enjoys a balanced and engaging match — for example, a beginner may be paired with a more experienced player.

Gastronomy
Along the Malvarrosa and El Cabanyal seafront, there will be a selection of 3–4 restaurants to choose from. In the evenings, we'll gather around a reserved table to enjoy dinner together and share the highlights of the day.

Reservations will most likely be for around 19:00–20:00, although dinner is typically served quite late in Valencia.

One of the evenings may be spent in the historic centre, exploring the atmosphere, restaurants, and bars of the El Carmen neighbourhood.

Canyoning
For canyoning, participants meet at a designated point in Valencia, where a transfer picks up the group. The drive to the starting point takes about 1 hour.

On arrival, there's a short safety briefing, and participants are given wetsuits and equipment. The expedition lasts around 3.5 hours. The group is accompanied by a Russian-speaking instructor, two Spanish climbing guides, and two assistants.

Along the route there are descents, natural slides, waterfalls, caves, and stretches where you move through water. The group enters on one side of the village of Anna, where the water canyoning begins, and exits at a different point. The final stop on the route is a large, beautiful waterfall with a descent down through the water.

The route is designed so that participants always have an alternative: if you're afraid to jump or slide, you can climb down on foot.

Mountain Expedition / Serra de Mariola
The mountain expedition takes place in the Serra de Mariola area.

If September turns out very hot, the group will likely set off a bit later rather than early morning, to avoid the peak sun hours. In that case, we'll have a picnic in the mountains and catch the sunset.

The ridge hike itself takes around 3.5–4 hours. The transfer to the starting point takes about 1 hour, and after the hike, participants are driven back to Valencia.

Sea Expedition / Gorgo de la Escalera
For the canyoning trip, everyone meets at a pre-arranged point in Valencia. From there, a transfer takes the group to the starting point, about an hour away.

After a short briefing, you'll be fitted with a wetsuit and the necessary equipment. Wetsuits are selected according to individual comfort and sensitivity to cold.

The expedition lasts around 3.5 hours and is led by a Russian-speaking instructor, supported by two local mountain guides and two assistants.

The route includes natural slides, waterfalls, caves, and sections that follow the watercourse. It begins on one side of the village of Anna and finishes at a different point further downstream. The highlight of the route is a spectacular waterfall at the end of the canyon, where you'll descend through the flowing water.
Every obstacle has an alternative route, so anyone who prefers not to jump or use the natural slides can continue on foot instead.

You're welcome to bring a packed lunch, energy bars, and water or tea in a thermos. Any food should be sealed in waterproof bags.

Windsurfing
A windsurfing session lasts around 1 hour 50 minutes.
Groups are limited to four people. Each group is assigned its own time slot — for example, 12:00, 15:00, or 17:00.

On arrival, you'll be shown to the changing room to put on a wetsuit and life vest before heading out to open water by motorboat.

Once on the water, the instructor demonstrates the key techniques before everyone has a chance to put them into practice. Throughout the session, the instructor remains nearby, offering individual feedback and guidance.
If anyone feels tired, they can simply let the instructor know and return to shore by boat — the ride back takes around seven minutes.

The windsurfing school is located in a stylish space right next to the Marina. There are several cafés where you can relax with a coffee, fresh juice, or ice cream.
